annual Function

22/11/10   Festivals of India CPC 2010. A director's pose !! ( Ha ! Ha! )

Going to miss my favourite class .. BBA III 2010-11

I just love my students. But now only 2 months left and this batch of BBA III will depart. I will miss my beloved students. I know, in this profession you can not hold moments, you can only hold memories. My dear students, please write something in "comments" for me. You are all precious and near to my heart. A live, naught and equally matured class ! You all participated in sports and cultural activities, won awards in Parisamvad,  skits and dance competitions. I am proud of you all.

Please be present in college in these last two months... all of you! For me.

Your Pasanna sir.

Story of Kargil war by Wing Cmmdr Shri Ashok Motey

The last lecture in CPC college was conducted by Wing Cmmdr Shri Ashok Motey. He told a story of war of kargil as well as war against Pakistan in 1971.

All students were not only mesmerized but also experienced a paradigm shift. Ashok kaka is a great story teller and posses a romantic heart besides being a great soldier and a hardcore patriot.

Our salutes to Ashok kaka and to the great warriors of India who fought the war of Kargil.

My VAP Lecture : Let the world exlpoit you!

On 8th October at 3.15 pm, I delivered a small session on " Let the world exploit you!" It was the thirteenth session in Value Added Program (VAP) in our CPC college.

How can I say whether the session was good or not?
I enjoyed interacting with students and some students as well as staff members have given a very encouraging feedback.

Thanks to all of them!

The making of "Festivals of India"

I have been given this responsibility of handling the cultural event in the annual day function on 20/11/10. Accordingly things are taking shape now. Dance-groups are practicing and even the singers are practicing. Three skits have been written which are also in "TALIM" stage now!

I am enjoying the work though it is getting quite hectic for me to manage so many students and getting them together itself is a big challenge! But when I look at their faces bubbling with energy and enthusiasm, i forget all the stress & strain of the day! I love students!

I don't know whether the program will be a big event or not, but as of now I am enjoying the process of making of "Festivals of India"

A rainy evening

I am working on a recruitment assignment and it's raining outside! I can hear the rains pouring out of my window and can feel the breeze. After a hectic day in college (the day when I don't get to teach is a hectic day for me) with lots of meetings and thorough discussions, new dance groups coming to me and urging for auditions, filing work, updating students' projects work status and all. Tiresome! Then I went to a client in MIDC Hingna for another meeting.

And reached home at 4 pm. Had some rest, some TV (surfing sort) some chat and masti with kids. Back to work now!

Suddenly sky turned black and thunderstorms and then rains! I am working on my laptop, a cup of coffee, song of Mukesh. . . Life is poetic.

Feeling bad that I can't join tomorrow's walk-athlon by wokhardt. I have lectures for MBA students in the morning and then Parent teacher meeeting at Kids' school.

Bye for now!

Nothing special about today. A lazy Sunday, a mysterious book of Narayan Dharap, kids and rest. Going out in the evening with family to watch Ganapatis.
